Family camping ground at Pretty Gully has 2WD access and tranquil spacious sites, it is set on a 2500 acre property which is a declared Wildlife Refuge.
The camping ground is approximately 2 acres of mown grassed area. There are no designated sites within the camping ground and you can a choose a site that suits you.
Lanikai has a variety of habitat and abundant wildlife that can be observed even from the camping ground. Birdwatching is a popular activity with well over 150 species observed on Lanikai.Some of the bushwalking tracks are signed but there are others for the explorers. You could also just relax and sit around the campfire at night while watching the stars. 4WD's may be used to access points of interest, but please NO TRAIL BIKES.
Lanikai welcomes tents, camper trailers, caravans but there is no power available. The campground has basic facilities showers, toilets and an undercover area with fire pit and bush kitchen an excellent place to chill out and tell tall yarns. Quiet Generators are allowed here as there is no power.
