The Location
Surprise Creek Falls - 4WD only check road conditions. Surprise Creek Falls is a place to relax and enjoy a swim in an un-crowded waterfall. Camping facilities are available. This water fall is the most southern falls on the 4WD track to Daly River Road. A small camp ground is also available. A walk of approximately 300 metres from the carpark to a series of rockholes linked with small waterfalls.
Turn off Litchfield Park Road at GPS -13.211449, 130.695527, follow unsealed track until you reach GPS -13.25523, 130.73209 where you turn right and follow the track to the end. You will be traversing multiple river crossings.
