A nice spot for a night or two. There is a bitumen area to park on rather than driving into the little park. It is not completely level although using some ramps would overcome the issue if required. There is a good toilet and a gas bbq, which we cleaned, as we do at most camping spots. I’d imagine it would be tight for a big rig or caravan to turn around but the majority of motorhomes would manage quite easily. I’ve added some photos to show the park and parking area.

There really isn't anywhere even remotely level, ramps and airbags wouldn't come close to being level in the tiny area you can park. We are moving on to look elsewhere.

No signs. Little grassed area with a chain gate entrance - didnt check it out to see if able to drive in. Very nice toilet block. Talked to people there and they said they had never seen anyone park in there. Probably big enough for 6-8 mixed sized vehicles. Was directed to Kew information facility.

there is NO free overnight camping here, this site need to be removed, however it is a very lovely day spot, with historical wharf site
