The Location
Hummocks Station is built in colorful iron stone, and was established in the early 1860’s. The Station includes the original homestead, restored shearers quarters for B&B and many original out buildings.
Hummocks Station offers a perfect getaway for couples and families alike. It is especially suited to families and groups who can, if they wish, book out the entire complex to hold their own private function. Hummocks Station can provide accommodation for up to 21 people. Six large bedrooms all opening on to the surrounding verandah, can provide accommodation for up to 17 people. Along with our two self contained ensuite cabins which can provide accommodation for up to 4 people. The two character filled function rooms are ideal for functions such as weddings, conferences, business meetings and parties for large or small groups in a quiet, secluded location.

- 16 Powered sites: including 7 drive through, 2 undercover and 5 all weather sites
- Spectacular bush camping areas (unpowered)
- Camp Kitchen with BBQ, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave
- Modern ablution block and laundry facilities
- Dump Ezy Point
- Fire pit (fires not permitted during fire ban season). A portable fire pit and box of wood is available for $10
- Caravan Park powered and watered by Renewable Resources: modern solar power and state of the art treated rain and spring water
- Only one and a half hour drive from Adelaide
- Great walking and cycling trails nearby
- Centrally located to the Yorke Peninsular, Clare Valley and the start of the Flinders and the SA outback

Fantastic place. Owners very friendly and helpful. We stayed at bush camp 4 . Large private area away from powered sites. Each bush camp has a camp fire area. Firewood available for purchasing. Flushing toilet nearby. We will be back

Have stayed at Hummock Station once & suggested they contact CMCA re the Dollarwise. Glad they did. Very quiet, not far off the main road and township of Snowtown. The facilities are great & we were made very welcome. Totally recommend this for grey nomads. Will be passing through the area next month & will be staying overnight (twice).
