The Location

Our park is a hop, skip and jump from everything in Bright!

One of the most idyllic locations in the valley. Our biggest asset is the Ovens River which flows right past our park. It provides you with a host of activities, from swimming, liloing/tubing, fishing or just watching it flow by. At the same time, you are only 400m from the centre of Bright and the Centenary Park pool and adventure playground, giving you easy access to everything this favourite holiday destination offers.

Our beautiful park on the banks of the Ovens river has large powered and unpowered shady sites suitable for tents, vans & motorhomes.

We also have a large variety of cosy cabins which sleep 2-8 guests.

We stayed one night at this park. It was the night before Christmas eve. We were given a powered site right on the shallow Ovens River. Our almost 8 metre motorhome fitted in nicely. A tree branch was touching the back wall so staff were quickly on the scene to do some pruning. The service was very friendly and efficient and the facilities very new and clean. It's not a huge park which gives it more of a community feel. It was quiet at night with just the sound of the river flowing over the rocks. Very family friendly. Paddle in the river and feed the ducks. The town centre, including the famous Bright Brewery, is just opposite and accessible via a road bridge and also a footbridge. There is also a free water park right there with a slide into the river and lifeguards. One "must do" is the canyon walk. The scenic track runs from the park along the river to a suspension bridge and back into town along the opposite side. This will be a regular favourite for us. Might even request the very same site if available.
