Reviews
Stayed for a month. They currently have a deal with 50% discount if you stay long enough. Gillian (Gil) in reception is an absolute gem. Great phone manners, nice personality and made for the job. The park has cabins, some permanents who keep to themselves and about 9 powered sites in a big paddock out the back. There is plenty of room once you are there but it is a bit tight getting there. Toilets and showers are modern and clean. Rubbish bins handy. Some wild life in the form of Kookaburras and ducks with a new family wandering around. The only thing is, it is all grass out the back and it rained almost every day we were there in the afternoons and at night. So everything got soggy and muddy. A two wheel drive would have had trouble. A concrete pad would have been a very welcome thing to have. Close to town and the beaches. The very popular Town Park is only about 10 mins away. If you want a great walk along the Hastings River, Town Park is the place. Overall a good experience and we would stay again but pray. for no rain first.
