The Location
The Pomona Caravan Park is situated within the grounds of the Noosa AH&I Society's Showgrounds in Pomona, in the hinterland of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. Pomona is the perfect place to base your exploration of this beautiful part of Australia. It a 32 km country drive (around 30 minutes) to the beaches and National Park at Noosa Heads, and around 65 km to Australia Zoo.

Reviews
Have been here for 3 weeks now. Lovely green grass, very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for big Riggs. Toilet and amenities are old but clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. The views are great, shops 2 minutes drive away.

Over all the area is just great, the caretakers need to do more about marking sites better, all so the camp kitchen needs a bin for rubbish and recycling, the men's urinals need a very good clean..

Have stayed in the showgrounds part of the grounds and while the facilities are adequate there is not a lot of level ground. There is a relative new toilet / shower block and taps around and plenty of power. It is walking distance to the shops if necessary.

Beautiful quiet spot with lots of space and walking distance to the village centre. Great Saturday markets. Yes sites slope and amenities basic, but love it here.
