Experience nature’s extraordinary.

Located approximately 190km north of Broome, on Western Australia’s Dampier Peninsula, Pender Bay is a natural maternity ward and resting ground for humpback whales.

You will be astounded by the sheer number of these majestic creatures that congregate in Pender Bay at the northern extent of their annual migration, from July to mid-November. Watching from land or on the water, the experience is unforgettable.

A brilliant fishing destination.

Aside from whale watching, there is so much to see and do. Known for its very high marine biodiversity, Pender Bay offers incredible fishing – even from the beach – as well as idyllic beach swimming and nature walks.
