The Location
Our multi award winning park boasts over 500 metres of absolute beach frontage, in the pretty seaside town of Tathra on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. This stretch of coast has been recognised as Australia's Coastal Wilderness for its unspoilt landscape and absence of crowds.
Our park offers guests a diverse range of accommodation options to suit all needs and budgets, from luxury, accessible 3 bedroom beach houses to shady, grassy camp sites and everything in between.
Tathra Beachside Beach Barn in the heart of the park is fast gaining notoriety for pumping out delicious Sunday night family meals. The famous Cheeky Mango meal van also offers a delicious range of Mexican, Greek, paella, burgers, pizzas and much more. Make sure your booking includes a Sunday night with live music and you wont be disappointed!
We keep families busy with games days, latest release movies, treasure hunts, sand modeling, scavenger hunts and craft sessions for all ages. Our gorgeous little coffee van 'Gidget' is open Saturday till Tuesday 8-11am and daily during Summer. Where else can you stay in your pyjamas for a barista made coffee?
Owners Frankie J. Holden, Michelle Pettigrove and the team get the joint jumping with trivia, karaoke and concert nights, so polish your repertoire for lots of family fun! Tathra Beachside is also a proud major sponsor of the February surf life guarding programme, keeping the beach safely patrolled all through February. The water is warm, the crowds are gone and the red and yellow flags are still flying!
When the crowds disperse and the weather cools, rug up for a long beach walk, watch the whales migrate by or shelter with their calves, or sit by the camp fire and toast marshmallows.

Haven't stayed yet but the website has changed to https://www.tathrabeachside.com.au/ and they currently charge $50 per night for a powered site but no unpowered price available.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hobbs Corner area. it has a small dated toilet block. It is a short walk to the beach. Nice flat blocks.
