The Location
This is a large overnight rest area that provides shade. It is situated a nice distance off the highway and has an easy circular turn-around area. A maximum 24 hour stay limit is imposed here. A children's playground is here to let off some energy of the little nomads.
Here you will find toilets, picnic tables and allows pets.

Great spot thank you Allora. Short walk on the flat to all shops including a great butcher with really big marrow bones and beautiful bacon as well as virtually everything else.

Great little town. Have used this stop over numerous times. The local servo Freedom Fuels has cheap fuel with an additional 4 cents off if you take over 40 litres.

We stopped here for an overnight stay. Lovely place next to a park. There are toilets, a few tables and shady spots. A bit of noise from the road beside, but tolerable. Not overly large but will accommodate a few caravans and motorhomes. A 5 minute walk to town which has a few pubs and an IGA. The local dump point, when we visited, did not have a hose making it difficult to clean the canister.

Great overnight stop, clean toilet, very quiet. Short walk to town lovely town.

Excellent overnighter. Clean flushing toilet, hand wash dispenser and running water in basin. Some traffic noise. Plenty of bird life. Did a decent shop at the IGA which had some good specials. We shall return.
