Very poor value. There is no reason to be here unless for fishing or boating. Countryside was very dry, all grass dead, sites unshaded. Matting on the sites was worn and torn. Facilities were modern but very inconvenient with only one hook and a very narrow shelf in the two showers. There were no bins at the basins, only sanitary disposal in the toilets. There were no rubbish or recycling bins near van sites, only one station of skips near the entry. Austere and basic sums up this park.

Stayed at Lake Somerset Holiday Park for 4 nights. Great experience very good facilities 6 or 7 amenity blocks very clean and well maintained, nice clean camp kitchen, mini golf, several bbq's spread throughout the park, plenty of staff, gardeners etc. As staff was going about their work the picked up any rubbish laying around. Over all experience 9 out of 10( nobody gets 10 out of 10).
